Travelling by train in the European Union: what are your rights?

If you travel by train in France or elsewhere in the European Union (EU), you have rights (information, assistance, reimbursment, compensation) in case of train delay or cancellation.  These rights, based on regulation 2021/782, changed on 7 June 2023.
